At Sanjivum, we take care in preparing and packaging our products. Due to the nature of our products, we have a limited return policy.
2. Returns
We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
A damaged product
A leaked bottle
A wrong item
You may request a replacement.
To be eligible:
Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos of the product and packaging.
4. Replacement Policy
Once your request is verified:
A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost
We do not offer refunds in such cases, only replacements.
5. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept requests for:
Opened or used products
Change of mind after purchase
Minor variations in color, texture, or natural appearance.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
7. Refunds
We do not offer refunds once the order is delivered.
Refunds are applicable only if:
The product is unavailable after payment
Order cannot be fulfilled.
